Cancellation Policy: There will be no refunds given for arriving late, leaving early, or illness.  Deposit refunds will be given with 30 days notice. After 30 days, 50% will be refunded. If cancelled two weeks prior to the getaway, no refund will be given. 

Covid policy: If Provincial Government mandates that gatherings cannot happen, all monies will be refunded. 
If you're personally uncomfortable with gathering, then you must decide this before booking. Normal refund policy
​will then be in effect.

Deposits:  $50.00 deposit per person is required to secure your date. Method of payment is e transfer or personal cheque, 

Directions;
From South: Hwy 11 north, past Huntsville. Take exit 235 which is Novar Rd. Stay straight and follow Hwy 592 for approx 6 km. turn right onto Bay Lake Rd. Not very far up, turn left onto Churchill Garden Rd. Cottage is 102, first cottage in driveway. Park to the left or across front. Leave room for cars to get to cottage further down the drive.

From North; Hwy South, take exit 243, Fern Glen Rd. Turn left and then over the bridge and turn left again. Not very far up, turn right onto Scotia Rd. At stop sign turn right and follow Hwy 592 for a couple km. turn left onto Bay Lake Rd. Not very far up turn left onto Churchill Gardens Rd. Cottage is #102 Churchill Garden Rd.  First cottage in driveway. Park to the left or in front of the cottage, leaving room for others to drive by.
